Note: This is a template policy provided for launch readiness. It should be reviewed and approved by a qualified legal adviser before going live.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RevROI Hospitality website. By using this website you accept these terms.

This website accepts enquiries and requests for discussion only. It does not execute contracts, issue invoices, take payments or create a subscription when you submit a form. Any later engagement requires separately verified business details and an agreed service contract.

About this website

This website is provided for general information and marketing purposes. It is not a booking engine and does not process reservations or payments. Information about our services is intended to help you understand what we offer and how to contact us.

Use of the site

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial reference only.

Intellectual property

The RevROI Hospitality name, logo, brand and all content on this website (text, graphics and design) are owned by or licensed to RevROI Hospitality and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

No warranties

The information on this website is provided in good faith and for general guidance. It does not constitute contractual, financial or professional advice, and we make no warranties that it is complete, current or without error. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Service engagements

Any engagement for our services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and RevROI Hospitality. Nothing on this website forms part of such an agreement or constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

The prices and minimum terms shown on the website describe our current standard commercial model:

  • Commercial Revenue Opportunity Assessment — £799 one-off, with no automatic ongoing subscription;
  • Commercial Growth Partnership — £1,499 per month, with a six-month minimum term; and
  • Commercial Intelligence Partner — £1,999 per month, with a twelve-month minimum term.

The commercial baseline is included in partnership onboarding. The written proposal and service agreement confirm the final scope, start date, payment schedule, responsibilities, access requirements, renewal arrangements, notice provisions and any separately scoped work. No engagement begins through submission of the website enquiry form alone.

Agreements, purchase orders and payment

This website does not take payment and package buttons do not create an order. A service begins only after the written proposal and service agreement have been accepted. Where a client’s procurement process requires a purchase order, that purchase order must be supplied before invoicing or the agreed start date.

RevROI issues invoices in line with the payment schedule in the signed agreement. The agreement confirms the payment method, due date, applicable taxes, treatment of approved expenses and consequences of late payment. Unless the agreement says otherwise, payment is made against invoice rather than through an online checkout.

Indicative outcomes

Any figures, ranges or examples of outcomes shown on this website are indicative only and are subject to each property’s data, market conditions and implementation. They are not guarantees of results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevROI Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
