This policy explains browser storage and optional measurement on the RevROI Hospitality website.
Necessary storage and optional analytics
Our website code does not set cookies. It uses two browser-storage items listed below. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only after Allow analytics. Only necessary is an equally available choice. We do not use advertising pixels, session recording or cross-site profiling. Optional first-party counters measure contact, email and telephone button clicks and form-submission attempts after the same choice.
Cloudflare processes standard connection data to deliver and protect the site, independently of your analytics choice. Enquiry processing and the relevant providers are described in our Privacy Policy. Any security challenge on the form is used for abuse prevention, not advertising.
The two items we store
These items remember a choice you make and avoid repeating the intro animation:

Neither item contains your name, contact details or a visitor identifier. Neither is used to track you across websites.
What optional analytics measures
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures public-page use and performance, including loading speed and interaction timing. Its beacon does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Normal network connections convey an IP address to Cloudflare; Cloudflare states that its analytics service discards it without storing it in core databases or logs. Performance information may be processed outside the UK.
Cloudflare page measurement excludes contact and acknowledgement pages, private environments and visits carrying query strings or fragments. Our own counters record only the fixed public page, type of button or submission attempt, fixed package category, and event time. They do not include form contents, contact details, query strings, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. Counters use random event references only to avoid counting a retry twice; those references are retained for at most ten minutes of active processing. Daily aggregate reports cover a rolling 90-day window; expired aggregates and retry references are removed when the next measurement is processed. Submission attempts on the contact page do not send any field values. Ordinary private-preview visits and visits with query strings or fragments are excluded from these counters too. An authorised protected review may separately opt into a temporary test counter on that page; test counts are never included in public totals and do not load the Cloudflare beacon. Accepted enquiries are counted separately from protected server records. Measurements cover consenting eligible interactions, not every visitor, and browser blocking or connection failures can leave gaps.
Managing your choices
Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision at any time. Choosing Only necessary stops further analytics connections and reloads the page without the beacon if it was already loaded. It does not erase measurements already collected with your permission. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also prevent the beacon from loading. Clearing this site’s browser data removes your saved choice and the notice will appear again.
Forms and email
The form posts to our own domain. When you submit an enquiry, your information is used to save and respond to it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics permission is not required to contact us.
Future changes
We will update this inventory and obtain an appropriate new choice before introducing materially different optional measurement. Consent to Cloudflare Web Analytics is not permission for advertising, session replay or prospect campaigns.
