Accessibility Statement

RevROI Hospitality wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or change how content is displayed.

Our accessibility aim

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as our technical reference and are working towards Level AA. This statement does not claim that the whole website currently conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. A full manual audit with assistive technologies has not yet been completed.

What the website supports

The current website includes:

• A skip link to move directly to the main content
• Semantic page regions, headings, lists, links and form labels
• Keyboard-operable primary navigation, forms, carousels and dialogs
• Visible focus indicators for interactive controls
• Text alternatives for informative images and hidden treatment for decorative imagery
• Status and error messages that are exposed to assistive technologies
• Responsive layouts that support enlargement and smaller screens
• Reduced-motion behaviour for people who request less animation
• A static alternative where decorative film or motion is disabled

Known limitations

We have not yet completed an independent accessibility audit covering every page, browser and assistive-technology combination. In particular, the final release still requires recorded manual testing of:

• Keyboard order, focus visibility and focus return across menus, dialogs, carousels and the contact form
• Screen-reader names, roles, states and announcements
• Text and interface contrast in every visual state
• Text resize, browser zoom and reflow at narrow widths
• Touch-target size and mobile orientation
• Error recovery and successful submission of the production contact form

Until those tests are complete, some barriers may remain. We will record confirmed issues here with their impact and planned correction date.

Motion and media

Decorative motion is reduced or removed when your device or browser requests reduced motion. Decorative background film is muted and does not contain information needed to understand the page. If any motion, transition or media makes the website difficult to use, please contact us so we can investigate and provide the information another way.

How we assess accessibility

The development process includes automated code, link and build checks, axe-core WCAG A/AA checks across every public route, and browser journeys for keyboard behaviour, form labelling, error handling, carousel announcements, mobile navigation and reduced-motion handling. Automated checks cannot establish WCAG conformance on their own. Independent manual screen-reader, zoom, reflow, orientation and production-domain testing remains required before a conformance claim is made.

We will update this statement after the independent pre-launch audit and whenever a material accessibility issue or website change affects its accuracy.
