Privacy Policy

Current legal operator and public correspondence particulars are awaiting confirmation. For business enquiries, contact [email protected].
This Privacy Policy explains how RevROI Hospitality (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website, submit an enquiry or contact us directly.
Who we are
RevROI Hospitality is a hospitality revenue and performance consultancy based in the United Kingdom. The verified operator and correspondence address displayed with this policy identify the controller responsible for website enquiries. For any privacy matter, contact [email protected] or telephone 07880 335755.
What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and telephone number
- Your hotel, property or business name and property type
- The approximate number of rooms or units
- The partnership you are interested in and your preferred start period
- Any message or information you choose to provide
If you choose Allow analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures public-page visits and loading/interaction performance. It does not set analytics cookies or create cross-site profiles. We do not send enquiry fields, contact details or form contents to analytics. Contact and acknowledgement pages, private previews, and visits with query strings or fragments are excluded. Standard Web Analytics does not record custom events. Separately, our existing enquiry service keeps optional daily totals of contact, email and telephone button clicks and form-submission attempts, using fixed event/page categories and no form contents or visitor identifiers. Aggregate reports cover a rolling 90-day window, with expired rows removed at the next measurement. A random event reference retained briefly prevents duplicate counting; it is not used to identify a visitor. Protected-review test counters require a separate, temporary choice and are excluded from public totals. You can decline or withdraw through Privacy choices in the footer. Our lawful basis for this optional measurement is consent.
Two small browser-storage items remember your privacy choice and the intro animation — see our Cookie Policy. Our hosting provider also processes standard connection data (such as IP address and request details) to deliver the site securely and mitigate abuse. Those essential operations are separate from optional analytics.
Where the information comes from
Most enquiry information comes directly from you when you complete the form, email or telephone us. Limited technical information, such as an IP address, request time and security signals, is generated when your browser connects to the website and is processed by our hosting and security provider.
Required and optional information
You do not have to submit an enquiry through this website. If you choose to do so, the form identifies the fields needed to understand and respond to the request; optional telephone and room-count fields may be left blank. If the required information is not provided, we may be unable to respond or assess the request.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a partnership conversation and, where requested, prepare a proposal. Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are:
- Steps before entering a contract — where you ask us to discuss or prepare a proposal for a RevROI service.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to and manage genuine business enquiries, protect the website from abuse and keep proportionate records of our communications.
How we use your data
We use your data to reply to you, assess whether our services are a responsible fit, prepare a proposal where requested and keep a proportionate record of our communications. We do not use website enquiry data for automated decision-making, profiling or unrelated marketing.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and provides optional Web Analytics. Railway hosts the enquiry service and its PostgreSQL database. Resend delivers the staff notification and customer acknowledgement; Microsoft 365 handles our business mailbox and replies. Access to saved enquiries and delivery history is restricted to authorised personnel. These providers process only the information needed to host, secure or deliver the enquiry and act under their applicable data-protection terms. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish or defend legal rights.
We count accepted enquiries from saved server records, independently of browser analytics. Delivery failures and replies remain part of the enquiry history; an email-delivery acknowledgement is not evidence that someone has read a message.
International transfers
Cloud services may process or make information accessible outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer occurs, we require an applicable UK adequacy regulation, contractual safeguard or other lawful transfer mechanism and take proportionate steps to assess the receiving provider. You may contact us for further information about the safeguard used for your information.
Data retention
We normally keep an unsuccessful website enquiry for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for any additional period required by contractual, tax, insurance or legal obligations. Information is then securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise a right, contact [email protected]. We normally respond within one month.
Your right to object
You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Tell us what processing you object to and why it affects you; we will stop unless we can demonstrate a compelling lawful reason to continue or the processing is needed for legal claims.
You may first raise a concern with us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), including through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
